I am a faculty member in the Department of Economics at Appalachian State University. My research focuses on the intersections of public policy, environmental management, regional development, public choice, and individual behavior under risk and uncertainty. My research has explored topics ranging from the underpinnings of economic theory to the application of theory to public policy.
