Walker College now has a twitter account. You can find it at twitter.com/walkercob. We will be posting items regarding news from the college, as well as notes of interest to alumni, faculty and students.

For those unaware, “Twitter” is one of the fastest growing social networking sites on the web. Over the past few months it has become the third most popular social site online. In short, using Twitter is akin to having a text message conversation with anyone who cares to “listen” in. It’s the closest example to “watercooler” talk the internet has yet to produce.

This is the latest effort by Walker College to connect online with students, faculty and alumni. Also this week we created a Facebook “fan” page. Back in October we created a Facebook Group and two Linkedin groups.
