Which check sheet(s) can I use?
You may choose to graduate using the degree requirements as recorded on the check sheet that is in place when you first enter ASU or you may choose any subsequent check sheet that is in place during the time you are enrolled as long the chosen check sheet is an active major at the time you formally declare it as your major and is no more that six years old at the time of graduation. If you return to ASU under the forgiveness policy, you must graduate under the degree requirements in place at the time you re-enter (or subsequent degree requirements in place while enrolled) as long as the check sheet is no more than six years old.
What do I do if I want to change check sheets?
When you enter ASU, you are automatically placed on the check sheet that is current at that time. If you want to change the check sheet under which you intend to graduate, you should consult the COB Undergraduate Advising Center (2126 Raley Hall) if your records are in the College of Business or talk with your advisor in University College if you have not yet declared a major.
Where can I find a copy of the Core Curriculum or General Education check sheet?
The 2008-2009 Core Curriculum check sheet and the 2009-2010 General Education check sheet is available through this website, in University College and in the degree granting colleges.
